Web development includes the design and implementation (both frontend and backend) of a client’s website. We create anything a client wants/needs on a variety of different platforms (Magento, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) in various different coding languages (html, js, python etc.) chosen based on what is most relevant for that particular project.
CRO / UX
CRO / UX refers to conversion rate optimization or on site user experience. This is where we come in and use state of the art technology with a data driven approach to analyze how a website or particular landing pages convert. We audit a client’s site across multiple devices and browsers and then come up with solutions that will improve conversion rates. Depending on the project, we look at and change anything from site architecture, redesigns, content changes, sales funnels, sales funnel drop offs, bounce rates etc. All the changes we come up with are then A/B split tested to find ideal solutions before launching live on site.
How We Work
We treat every website as a sales funnel. We establish goals and then create and implement changes within a site to reach those goals. For example, in their most basic state B2B sites need to clearly inform users and then push them to contact the sales team. Ecommerce sites need to quickly and clearly let users find and then educate them about a particular product to ultimately provide easy options for that user to buy that particular product.
The way in which content is presented plays a significant role because it needs to make each individual user aware that this particular business/website has the ability to serve a specific need. As a result, we design or edit websites in such a way that they immediately make it clear to users that this particular business is able to serve that specific need.
We use state of the art technology to track, test and see user behavior in order to determine how to better reach a client’s desired goal.
